My name is Hannah Sparrow and I am super passionate about movement and wellness. I’ve danced for most of my life (I began at age 4 at On Stage!) and continued my training and education at BYU and received my BA in Dance in 2021. I’ve been teaching dance now for over 5 years and really enjoy sharing my love for dance with my students and playing a role in their training. I’ve earned several other certifications for dance and fitness including Mat Pilates, which I teach and practice regularly.
