Born in France, Marjolaine received her ballet education at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Danse de Marseille Pietragalla, France and then at the world famous Rudra Béjart School, Switzerland. Marjolaine has performed internationally classical ballet such as Swan Lake, La Bayadère and Bournonville repertoire. She has performed modern and contemporary work such as” Acts of Light” by Martha Graham, “Memoria” with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and joined as a guest dancer the International Copenhagen Summer Dance Festival. She collaborated with leading Scandinavian choreographers, taking part in world Premieres, many of which were nominated for the Danish National Reumert Prize of excellence in art. Marjolaine is certified by the French Ministry of Culture as a ballet pedagogue. She teaches regularly in private dance studios. She is a frequent guest teacher in several EU countries. Since 2017, she is certified to teach PBT, Progressive Ballet Technique. Marjolaine is very excited to be part of the On Stage team!
